We’re marking World Population Day internationally this year and we’re delighted to be coming to the US for the first time ever.
On 11 July 2019, we’ll be teaming up with our friends Having Kids in New York. Having Kids advocate for child-first family planning and smaller family size for the benefit of people and the environment. Together, we’ll be calling on UN Secretary General António Guterres to recommend smaller families as a vital step to meeting the Sustainable Development Goals.
If you will be near New York City on 11 July, please join us! We will meet at 11:15 am directly in front of Cafe Olympia at 833 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10017 (one block from UN headquarters) and will head over to leaflet and hold signs until 1:30 p.m.
