Complaints and feedback
We’re always happy to receive feedback. We understand that things sometimes go wrong. We see complaints and feedback as an opportunity to learn, enabling us to continually make improvements. Our aim is to deal with any problems quickly and efficiently.

You can use the form below or supporters@populationmatters.org to submit feedback or complaints. Please use the word “feedback” or “complaint” in the subject line. Alternatively, you can write to us at the address given above.
We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and, if you are not happy with our response, we will arrange for a second (and third, if necessary) review of your complaint.
We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator. If you remain unhappy with any complaint resolution regarding fundraising, and internal processes have been exhausted, then you may contact the Fundraising Regulator to investigate independently.
We regularly review feedback and complaints to make improvements.

We try to respond to email within 48 hours but are a small organisation and cannot always reply as quickly as we’d like to. We ask for your patience and understanding.
