Sexual Health Helpline – 0300 123 7123 Open Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pm. Providing free confidential information and advice on sexual health.

NHS 111 (England) – Dial 111 NHS help if you have an urgent medical concern. Gives advice and details of medical services, including where to go for emergency contraception.

NHS Direct (Wales) – 0845 46 47 or 111  NHS health advice and information service, providing advice and details of medical services in Wales including where to go for emergency contraception. Offers an online enquiry service.

NHS 24 (Scotland) – 111 Available at evenings and weekends only. NHS information and advice service, providing advice and details of medical services in Scotland, including where to go for emergency contraception.

FPA helpline (Northern Ireland) – 0345 122 8687 Information about contraception, sexual health and pregnancy choices and your nearest sexual health clinic. This is also the number for the pregnancy choices counselling service.
