Spring Fundraising Ideas

Everyone loves the spring’s longer and warmer days. Everyone would love to fundraise for their chosen charity but not everyone wants to run a marathon or enter a cycle race.

Here’s some seasonal ideas for fundraising for Population Matters this spring. Why not improve your garden’s biodiversity by planting tomatoes? We support increasing biodiversity through simple local steps such as ‘No Mow May’ so instead of tidying the garden how about a good old fashioned spring clean / tidy up indoors while you let the spring grass grow – you might be be surprised how you can raise and donate funds from your unwanted items. We’d love to hear more from you if you undertake one of our spring challenges. You could share photographs of your tomatoes growing or you clearing the clutter and raising funds at a sale. Email us at supporters@populationmatters.org to let us know how your spring fundraiser is going.
